The Build
Once a contract is signed, we order materials and begin your custom structure. It will usually take between 6-12 weeks to construct.
Buildings start at 12' x 24' and are 2 stories with a 4' overhang on one side that is perfect for storage or shade gardens.

We've prepared a checklist that includes a timeframe of what to expect.
The Delivery
After site work is prepped with a 3/4" stone pad, our team will deliver your custom Timber Power House.

We schedule delivery usually on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
​
You can expect the installation to take 2-5 days.
​
We then walk you through everything you need to know to start you on your path to generating your energy.
